here's a treat: an actual update.

hii everyone

i haven't actually had a "real" update in my livejournal for quite some time now. well where to start? summer is here. i've actually done many things already considering it's only the beginning of the summer! so lets see...

• i started off this summer by kickin' it down in the big l.a. as always, it was pretty chill. kendra and i you know..did stuff. my grandparents and i played eucher, which by the way i am wicked at. ahhahaa. thank you, thank you.
• i come back from that exciting week and jump into the planned week sleepover with ola. now that my friend was good fun. my goal: get ola addicted to judge shows. sha-wing! check. we watched every single judge show in town; judeg mathis, judge hatchette, judge brown, judge larry joe (texas justice, if you were wondering), judge judy (one of my all time favorites), and then there was people's court, and divorce court. we also manage to throw some more quality w.t tv in there.

• so then my aunt and i went camping, which was great! our neighboring campers were these two hippies. the husband had long, curly, jet-black (obviously dyed) hair with rather odd clothing. the wife had a strange and unusual low voice, tattooed body and funny hair. all-in-all that was pretty fun. the only friends we made were the old people across the street from us. and we only really engaged in actual conersation whenever we ran out of propane in the morning and there was no camp store to get soem more so we asked if they had any we could buy but they just gave two almost empty tanks. they were pretty nice. yep, yep, yep! so that was my exciting weekend .. minus getting eaten alive by mosquitoes while walking through the forest to get to a beautiful, sandy beach. more like a mangey, swampy beach. so we sun tanned and played yahtzee. now that's the life.
• the following week i pretty much did nothing..lindsay came over one day and we swam and watched thirteen, which was an oddly intriguing movie! i swam a lot the whole week, watched half of hotel rwanda and went out for supper with my madja
• another event was the potluck. that was pretty sweet though my pasta salad wasn't a big hit. *deep sigh* i tried to hard guys.  yeaah, me, lindsay, michelle, liddy, and ola went to michelle's and it was rather fun! eating, starbucks, winnies, the park, random movie clips of rockstar jumps, and eating some more.

okay, so that was my some what eventful start of summer. what's the plan for tonight you ask? well i've got something in store for you..me, liddy, lindsay, and michelle are going to hit up the movies and see the wedding crashers. oh. my. god.  speaking of the movie plan.. let me tell you another thing.  here it goes. so i go and ask my dad if i can go to the movies with my friends.. he said okay, but then since the time was 7:30 and after supper, carole and him decided they would go see a movie with me. shocked and mortified i decided to put my foot down and say no. the response to that? "ooh..i get it. your boyfriend's going to be there, right?!" with my back turned i sarcasticly mutter "yes.." and walk inside. i don't think they understand that they cannot go with me, though they say they will be going "incognito". just no. blah. ah well! the movie should be goood!

HUGE SIDENOTE: attention everyone. i now have a virtual hug counter. huuuugg me! i know you wannna ;-) k loves it.

oh, what's that i hear? you ask what my eventful summer should lead to next? nothing. absolutely nothing. why? because i am here at my dad's house for two weeks because they are on their two week holiday. so there you have it, my eventful summer has come to a screeching hault. if things go otherwise, i will inform you.. but until then, catch you on the flip side!
